Education: UG/PG – Biotechnology / Molecular Biology.
  • Analyze customer projects and work with development team to implement projects on time.
  • Support existing customers with business and technical issues.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Biotech or Molecular Biology from a leading university with good academic records.
  • Familiarity with Real-time PCR technique and related products a plus.
  • 0-2 years of experience in business analysis or customer support.
  • Excellent interpersonal and client interaction skills.
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to support customers over phone or chat.
  • Ability to analyze and document business and functional requirements.
